-Discussion as to changing the meeting sight. Stay at Paradise (Cary Grant
Room) or Fruitland Park. Suggestion was made thinking that members
Could run their boats afterward.
-Waiving the $10.00 entry fee for distinguished members was discussed.
Using special awards was mentioned instead.
-How to increase meeting attendance was discussed. Suggested raffle,
50/50, give aways. Are we getting the message out to ALL by email?
-Discussion on the WEB SITE as it exists. Needs to be more informative.
George was not present and the issue was tabled by Ron until George

-Ron reported that George will give a rundown on navigating the Web site at

-We are waiting on new members before we do another training class
-Boatcross is going well. 10 people were timed (75% participation)
-Tuesdays will be the Boatcross day and it will be held at 9:30. This

Now. Start and Finish will be the same buoy.
-Possible that the course of running may change (similar to offshore)

King sells them. They come with 10 guage wire and a soft case.

-JERRY HONE showed others how to put a smooth finish on a wooden
